Disclaimer

Updated at: 2026-09-20.

The information, tools, metrics, alerting systems, and reports provided by GoMon Reliable uptime monitoring (accessible via our website and platform) are intended for general infrastructure tracking and diagnostic purposes. By accessing or utilizing any of our Free Accounts or Paid Subscriptions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and limitations outlined in this Disclaimer.

1. Technical Limitations and Alert Delivery

Uptime monitoring is highly dependent on global internet routing, network carrier stability, third-party API configurations, and mobile network reliability. While GoMon strives to deliver accurate and rapid alerts, you explicitly acknowledge that:

  • GoMon **does not guarantee** that every single instance of downtime, server error, or connection lapse will be detected instantaneously.
  • Alert notifications (via SMS, email, Slack, webhooks, or other integrations) may experience latency, delivery failure, or blocking due to external telecom network disruptions.
  • False-positive or false-negative diagnostics may occur as a result of isolated regional routing issues, server side rate-limiting, or global DNS splits.

2. Tier Allocation and Account Freezes

The operational limits and data precision vary greatly depending on your account structure:

  • Free Accounts: Features provided on our free tier are delivered entirely without any service level agreements (SLAs). Checks are run at coarser intervals (e.g., every 5 to 10 minutes) and may miss brief intermittent micro-outages. GoMon holds no liability for missing data points or unnotified crashes on Free Accounts.
  • Paid Subscriptions: Premium tiers unlock higher frequency monitoring loops, but remain subject to our overall operational capability limitations. When down-scaling or when payments fail, data logging capacity drops to the lowest threshold, which can lead to permanent truncation of historical log profiles.

3. Infrastructure and System Adjustments

GoMon’s diagnostic checks, response time metrics, and SSL verification values are provided as operational guidelines. Any changes you make to your origin servers, firewalls, content delivery networks (CDNs), or codebases based on GoMon's analytical data are executed **entirely at your own risk**. You are solely responsible for ensuring that adding GoMon's monitoring IPs to your allowlists does not create vulnerabilities.

4. Platform Service Status ("As Is")

GoMon’s platforms, reporting features, and database tools are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GoMon reserves the absolute right to adjust checking nodes, alter monitoring locations, or apply emergency software patches without prior notice, which may cause brief interruptions in your active monitoring logs.

5. Exclusion of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, GoMon and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential business damages. This includes, without limitation, **loss of business revenue, customer churn, developer remediation costs, unreceived SLA compliance payouts from hosters, or corporate reputation damage** stemming from unnotified server downtime, system latency, or reliance on GoMon status data.
